NYlO CONVERSION BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES

NYLO announced its first conversion project in December 2010, the NYLO Dallas South Side. Since 2009 NYLO has been aggressively pursuing conversion opportunities in addition to its new build prototype opportunities. NYLO is tracking dozens of distressed properties in the gateway cities that are ideal NYLO conversion candidates. NYLO can drive the revenues and operate these hotels much more efficiently than they are currently being operated. NYLO offers a very competitive property improvement plan (or "PIP") that is very attractive versus other brands.
