Nasher Sculpture Center . Opened in 2003, the Nasher Sculpture Center in downtown Dallas is a renowned institution dedicated to modern sculpture. The Center features exquisite indoor and outdoor exhibit space to fully showcase a collection of over 300 sculptures, and drawings and paintings of the 20th Century. In addition to significant works of art, the building and garden at Nasher Sculpture Center are widely celebrated. The 1½-acre garden was designed to frame individual sculptures and the building features architectural distinctions such as a barrel-vaulted glass ceiling and Travertine-covered walls.

Raymond and Patsy Nasher's sculpture collection began in the 1950s and steadily to become one of the most important private collections of modern sculpture in the country. The collection has been exhibited internationally at such acclaimed institutions as the Tel Aviv Museum in Israel; the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.; Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy; and the Solomon R.
