Pros: Great river views - very confortable bed - clean sleek room design - allergy filter

Cons: toilet ran just a bit - ottoman was a bit wobbly

This boutique hotel is a great value for the money. Great (unusually) attentive staff. Expensive, but very good restaurant. The price for dinner was well worth it. The DJ/Lounge (held in the restaurant after 10pm) leave a lot to be desired. The bed made the night worth it! (So comfortable) My wife & I live in RI & were just spending a night away from home. It was so relaxing and refreshing. Can't say enough about this great hotel. Definitely would recommend without any reservations.

Pros: Location, the beds and the food in the onsite restaurant.

Cons: A lot of concrete - could have had more rugs.

Our stay at the NYLO Providence was a delightful surprise. The room was not very large but used the space very efficiently. The best things about the hotel were the location, the beds, the shower, the HDTV, and the food in the onsite restaurant.

Cons: Industrial area

After pulling into what we thought was an industrial area and being alarmed at what we were getting into, we were exceptionally surprised and pleased to find a unique, charming New York style loft. The hotel's setting was brick exterior on a quiet, beautiful river. It had a large wood-decked patio off the dining area with modern, but comfortable, seating that lent itself to intimate conversations over a glass of wine while watching the river flow. The staff was exceptionally attentive and well trained in the dying art of customer service. We were always greeted with a smile and a "can do" attitude. The restaurant was definitely in the boutique category and the food was delicious. Our room looked out over the river and was spacious, comfortable with modern fixtures and decor. We are hoping this company expands and eventually opens hotels in many more locations.

Cons: Absolutley NO CONS!

My husband and I spent our wedding night here and were THRILLED with the place! Our only complaint was that we were only there for a couple hours before we had to catch our flight for our honeymoon! We did NOT want to leave! The bed was amazing and the room in general was by far the most unusual and comfortable and fun room we have ever stayed in. We loved it and, even though we are local, plan to spend a weekend getaway there soon! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as well as locals who want to get away for a night.

Spent a week in mid September.When i saw this place on internet looked good.Was glad i booked,loved every minute.Trying to find something wrong there was nothing.On web site reviews said on weekends some noise from bar on 1st floor,closes at 1pm i am 60 years old went down and joined party.This place is great.You can book a room at some generic hotel but you will miss a great change of pace from the norm. Just book the room advice from Wayne.

Amazing. Did NOT want to leave! Took the "cake" over all the high end hotels we've stayed at in the area. Absolutely great!

Pros: Deck on the river and the most comfortable beds.

Cons: Can't think of anything to write here...

My family stayed at the Nylo Warwick for several nights. Everyone from 72 all the way down to 12 had a great time. The place is the so comfortable and accomadating. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in in 53 years. I just wish there were more NYLO hotels out there.Thanks for helping us have a GREAT vacation.

I have held several business meetings/retreats at the NYLO over the past few months. I was initially worried that the location might be a little too funky for my business partners but the feedback from all attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. While the brand is new and cutting edge- NYLO ultimately wins you over with old fashioned hospitality.
